Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of TimeSaverz Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered on or through the website https://www.timesaverz.in and/or the Timesaverz mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), as well as the associated home services and features (collectively, the "Services").

Service Provider: Timesaverz powered by Super Manpower Solution (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at First Floor, Evershine Mall, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai - 400064, India.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Timesaverz powered by Super Manpower Solution (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Timesaverz", "we", "us", or "our"), and you, either in your individual capacity or as a representative of a legal entity, as a user of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "Customer").

Your access to and use of the Platform and the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Supplemental Terms, policies, or disclaimers issued by Timesaverz from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform or Services.

Scope of Services

  • Platform as an Intermediary: Timesaverz connects users with independent third-party service providers ("Service Professionals") for various home-based services.
  • Independent Service Delivery: Timesaverz does not directly provide services. Service Professionals are solely responsible for execution and quality.
  • Personal Use Only: The Platform is intended for personal, household, and non-commercial use unless explicitly approved otherwise.
  • Regional Scope: Services are intended for use only within India.
  • Communication Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to transactional communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • Identity Verification: Some services may require you to provide government-issued ID for verification.
  • Promotional Credits & Offers: HT Credits are non-transferable, non-cashable, and subject to change at our discretion.

Account Creation & Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a contract to create an account.
  • Account Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • Unauthorized Access: We are not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access to your account.
  • Communication Preferences: You may opt out of promotional communication but not transactional updates.

User Content & Feedback

  • You may submit reviews, ratings, and suggestions ("User Content").
  • User Content must not be false, defamatory, or unlawful.
  • Timesaverz may use your content for marketing and internal purposes.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or is objectionable.

Personal Data & Privacy

  • Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • We may share data with partners, vendors, or authorities for service delivery or compliance.
  • Data is retained for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes as required.

Bookings, Cancellations & Modifications

  • Services are booked via available slots on the Platform. Confirmation is sent via SMS/email.
  • Pre-confirmation cancellations are free. Post-confirmation cancellations may incur fees.
  • Timesaverz may assign alternate Service Professionals in case of unavailability.
  • In case of no-show, rebooking or complaints can be submitted via support.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Service fees and applicable taxes are shown during booking.
  • Supported payment modes include UPI, cards, wallets, and cash (where permitted).
  • Timesaverz collects payment on behalf of the Service Professional.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable.
  • Subscription plans are governed by separate terms.

Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate address and contact info for service delivery.
  • Maintain a respectful and clean environment during the service.
  • Do not harass, abuse, or threaten Service Professionals.
  • Do not engage Service Professionals outside the Platform.
  • Report service concerns or issues to Timesaverz promptly.
