The Story Behind Starting TimeSaverz On Time Every successful company begins with a problem worth solving. TimeSaverz On Time was not created inside a corporate boardroom or backed by large investors. It was born from years of real-life experience, countless customer interactions, and a simple goal: to make home services reliable, transparent, and trustworthy. As the Founder of TimeSaverz On Time, I spent more than two decades working directly inside people's homes, repairing appliances, solving technical issues, and understanding the everyday challenges faced by families across Mumbai. That experience became the foundation of everything we are building today. Working on the Ground Since 2005 My professional journey started in 2005 as a technical service specialist, providing doorstep repair and maintenance services for home appliances. Every day brought new customers, new homes, and new challenges. From repairing air conditioners during peak summer to fixing refrigerators, washing machines, and other household appliances, I experienced first-hand what customers truly expected from a service professional. More importantly, I learned what they were missing. A Broken Home Services Industry While working across Mumbai, one problem became impossible to ignore. The home services industry was highly fragmented. Customers regularly faced: ● Technicians arriving late ● Unverified service providers ● Inconsistent workmanship ● Hidden charges ● No proper customer support ● Difficulty finding trustworthy professionals At the same time, thousands of skilled technicians struggled to find consistent work despite having the expertise. The problem existed on both sides. Customers needed trustworthy professionals. Professionals needed a reliable platform. Seeing an Opportunity to Create Change Instead of accepting these challenges as part of everyday life, I began thinking about a better solution. What if booking a home service could be as easy as ordering food online? What if customers could confidently book verified professionals without worrying about trust, pricing, or quality? What if skilled technicians had a platform that respected their work and helped them grow? These questions became the starting point for TimeSaverz On Time. Turning Experience Into a Business After spending more than 20 years understanding the industry from the ground level, I decided it was time to build something larger than individual service calls. On 5 September 2025, TimeSaverz On Time was established with one clear mission: To organize the home services industry through technology, professionalism, and trust. Instead of operating as an individual technician, the goal became building a platform where verified experts could serve thousands of households efficiently. The platform officially launched on 3 February 2026, bringing together technology and experienced professionals to deliver reliable home services across Mumbai.
